The new Santander Ciudad mobile app will enable citizens to access real-time information about the city, on top of providing a wide range of functionalities. One of these extra services, available through the app's "Sports" section, is aimed at users of municipal sports facilities, as well as at fans of local sports.

In this section, you will be provided with the latest information about the activities offered by the Municipal Sports Institute (IMD) together with other sports facilities throughout the city, allowing you to locate and access the available services through an interactive map.

Thus, the app will list all the different sports activities, events and competitions in the city, and will also allow you to book tickets ahead of time for those activities you are interested in by logging in with your Citizen Card.

An additional service offered by this interactive tool is the possibility of purchasing and renewing sports season passes remotely, as well as being able to book sports facilities such as padel courts, football fields, etc.
