The Citizen Card is a new tool that will unify many of the cards you had previously, combining them into a single card that will allow you to identify yourself, access and pay for the services offered by Santander in a comfortable and simple way. 

One of these services is the Youth Department activities and events in your city. Through your card, you can make the most of the municipal agenda for young people: through its simple identification system, you can access, book spaces and register in a much more agile way in youth programs and activities that the City Council offers you, as "La noche es Joven", where you can find a variety of workshops, recreational and sporting events such as sports tournaments, escape rooms, etc., totally free.  

Also, thanks to the Citizen Card, you will be able to access services offered by the Youth Area in a more convenient and simple way, online, without having to do it in person, such as applying for the renewal of your hostel card, youth card or student card, as well as access to a lot of information and guidance for you: advice on employment, health and sexuality, bullying and cyberbulling help, information on youth associations, etc.. 

In addition, the Santander City App will have a specific Youth section, where you will be able to consult, access and sign up for youth activities and leisure; you simply have to download the mobile application and use the data from your Citizen Card to register into it. Once you have identified yourself, you will be able to view all the content, such as calendars of events and workshops, receive additional information, news notifications, as well as request appointments for youth counseling in a quick and easy way., Don't forget thay you can also book and buy tickets for events in the city, such as concerts, museum tickets, sport events, etc.  

You can also use the interactive spaces to access youth activities in your city, youth contests, exhibition spaces, view the calendar of events and buy your tickets, simply by using your citizen card. These spaces are also points where you can check the balance of your card if you use the prepaid mode.  

To request your Citizen Card and have it delivered directly to your home, you will have to access the website that we will set up for this purpose, identify yourself with your electronic ID and we will provide you with your card and your passwords, which will be the key to access a wide range of activities for young people in your city.
