The main objective of the SmartCitizen initiative is to focus all efforts on improving the quality of life of the citizenship, creating convenient services and developing easy solutions, in order to streamline municipal management and services, establishing, for example, new channels of attention, information and citizen participation, which will undoubtedly contribute to connect you with your city.
This new project has a clear focus on the citizen: you are the protagonist of every change, of every municipal action that will be carried out. Therefore, one of the main purposes is to keep you informed of everything new that is happening in your city.
With this objective in mind, we created the Santander SmartiCitizen initiative website, a useful and simple tool to keep you informed of all the changes and new things to come, and to bring the project closer to the citizens.
