Kids will not be excluded from the many actions undertaken throughout the city: the interactive children's tables scheduled to be installed at the Technological Spaces will make sure they get to have a great time, thanks to the different interactive games available.
These tables will be part of 3 out of 15 Technological Spaces being set up throughout Santander. More precisely, their locations will be:
- Las Llamas Park, in between the children's playground and the amphitheater.
- Another Technological Space, with its corresponding children's table, will be found close to the Municipal Sports Institute.
- Finally, a third one will be located at Alameda de Oviedo.
These locations have been selected with the aim of making it as easy as possible for citizens to use the Technological Spaces. Children in particular were taken into account, with these Spaces being close to playgrounds and parks.
Five different games have been implemented in the children's tables, adapted to a range of different ages. This way, kids will have a chance to enjoy, play and learn about the city while the grown-ups look up the information they want in the interactive screens at the Technological Space.
The games, with the city itself as a setting, feature different themes:
Younger children will enjoy an interactive game with painting as its central theme, stimulating their creativity and letting them practice their artistic skills.
On the other hand, their older siblings might prefer to become the latest batch of Santander's chefs, traversing the streets on a food-truck and keeping their score across games.
Points can be obtained only by following the proper steps, selecting quality products at the Mercado de la Esperanza and putting in the right amounts of each in order to produce a truly delectable menu.
Once the menu is set, the grill is lit and the culinary arts are fully unleashed! The only thing left is for players to serve the food on time for diners to enjoy their meals with a side of astonishing views. Bon appétit!
