As we already told in our post about the new Technological Spaces soon to be installed throughout Santander, in these Spaces you’ll find several elements and features directed at citizens, tourists and visitors alike.
Today, we review all the benefits and services available at these new locations:
- Citizen: if you are a citizen, you’ll be able to carry out and track your administrative tasks, manage your personal information and consult municipal information, such as inquiries, payments, etc.
- Contact Citizen Service using the offered chat, through which you’ll be able to make inquiries, report incidents occurring in the city, etc.
- Transport: discover the different offers for urban mobility, consulting information such as bus schedules, bicycle availability at certain spots (with locations marked on a map), occupancy data for buildings and venues, etc.
- Lodging, Restaurants, Shops and Marketplaces: access information such as location, opening hours, menus, etc.
- Calendar: view the cultural calendar for Santander, the events and concerts taking place in the city, and order tickets directly. Don’t miss anything!
- City Council: you’ll be able to consult relevant contact information, as well as municipal websites and Social Media.
- Access weather and tide information
- Participate: a section from which you’ll be able to participate in the different activities and collaborative activities that the City Council will offer. The section will also allow you to check your score in said activities.
- Cards: check the balance on your Citizen Card, and fill your wallet if you have the prepaid plan.
- Digital billboard: when the screens in the Technological Spaces are not being used, as well as non-obtrusively during the use of some of their functionalities, they will display relevant digital content.
